Sharmin is phenomenal. She is the only skincare/injector I trust! She is so thorough and helpful without pushing to buy unnecessary treatments. Her and her staff provide the best customer service by far of any business of any kind! Their communication is beyond all expectations. I Research everything and want to know every detail of every service and she make sure I have all the information I could possibly need to help me make the best decision but always steers me in the right direction. I have continued to feel more and more confident over the years with Botox (tried others too- but Botox continues to work best!) And I have gone to other injectors previously, and no one is as quick, thorough, and precise as she is. She also make sure to keep everything looking as natural as you want it if that is your goal. She goes over all options for any concerns, the pricing, risks and what-ifs just to make sure all info is covered! And even if I Mention a service from another business, she will ask follow up questions to make sure I have everything I need even for those appointments! Like shipping skin care straight to my door that I didn’t know I needed and now I’ll have it to make the results from that service even better + long term skincare with my specific goals in mind. And it’s Never in a sales pitch way, but always in a way that makes you feel like it’s an option and here’s what it does and if you would like it, I can do that. We all know these services are costly, so having someone take the time to break things down while also being aware of your budget and never trying to make you go over it! I have been seeing her for at least six years often on, and I will never go to another injector or NP that provides many different treatment options that make me feel like me but better!
